I led the art direction and UX design for the Audi Loyalty logged-in experience, shaping how customers will interact with rewards, ownership tools and exclusive benefits in the future. My role included overseeing the design across all page types and touchpoints, ensuring the experience felt premium, intuitive and aligned with the broader Audi ecosystem.

To help senior stakeholders understand and champion the vision, I created the storyboards and worked closely with writers and the strategy team to craft the full narrative for a vision film. This was produced at pace and delivered as a key tool for internal presentations, alignment sessions and leadership buy-in.

The work brought clarity, structure and creative direction to a rapidly developing proposition, helping Audi define how loyalty will evolve for both existing customers and future audiences.
